THE TEAM

OLYMPIA-LYANA DALLEY

Founder & Head of Operations

With a background of twelve years in the beauty industry, Olympia’s strong desire for creative growth prompted her to move to New York City. She went from doing hair and makeup in small salons on Long Island to working as an editorial makeup and hair stylist backstage during Fashion Week, on film sets, and for numerous fashion editorial campaigns. This journey reached a milestone when she became a contributing writer at The Knockturnal, where she used her knowledge of the beauty and fashion industry to share her insights on products and campaigns. After three years, she progressed to the role of beauty and fashion editor, highlighting her evolution from local roots to cosmopolitan innovator. Her strong sense of leadership led her to embrace a new endeavor in founding TNB, a platform where she can highlight diversity in the beauty and fashion industry.

MEGAN MIELE

Entertainment Writer

Megan was one of those kids who always knew what she wanted to do when she grew up. To say she is obsessed with the entertainment industry would be an understatement. As a graduate of The University of Alabama, majoring in Creative Media and Theater, studying Screenwriting and Directing in Northern Ireland, and working on various film and TV sets, Megan has knowledge of the industry from both behind and in front of the camera. A long way from small stage productions in New Jersey, Megan has an even stronger drive and passion for sharing the stories that make turning on your TV or buying a movie ticket worthwhile.
